Harsh Kinger
Harsh is a Lawyer and works as an advocacy consultant at CPA. He has Masters in Development from Azim premji university, Bangalore and has done his graduation in law from Maharaja Sayajirao university of Baroda. Before joining CPA, Harsh has worked with civil society organisations like PRADAN, Madhya Pradesh and Living Farms, Odisha on issues of local governance, agriculture and forest rights. Prior to joining CPA Project, Harsh has coordinated research projects on the effectiveness and implementation of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 in Gujarat and the impact of government skill building programs on the Indigenous youth of Odisha.
